How your contact form data is processed.
This page explains what data we collect through the contact form, who processes it, where it goes, and how long we keep it.
Who controls your data
U-centrix d.o.o. (Cafova ulica 2, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia) is the data controller for all contact form submissions. We determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), and your enquiry text. No other personal data is collected through the form.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and evaluate a potential business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where you request a quote or proposal, pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Subprocessor: Web3Forms
Contact form submissions are transmitted and processed by Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative), acting as a data processor on our behalf. Web3Forms receives the form data, sends it to info@u-centrix.com via email, and may temporarily store it on their infrastructure. Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure in the United States (US-East).
Web3Forms' subprocessors include Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email delivery via Amazon SES), Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, security), and Hetzner (application infrastructure). A current subprocessor list is maintained in Web3Forms' Data Processing Agreement.
Web3Forms offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all customers at web3forms.com/dpa.
International data transfers
Because Web3Forms and its subprocessors operate outside the EEA (India, United States), your contact form data may be processed outside the EEA. Transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) and Standard Contractual Clauses. Your email provider and ours may also process data outside the EEA under similar safeguards.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved. If a business relationship is established, the data is retained as part of our client records for the duration of the relationship and applicable legal retention periods. Web3Forms may temporarily retain submission data as described in their privacy policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@u-centrix.com. We will respond within one month.
