The challenge

Modernising business-critical applications
One example is A1's Agent Location Service.
The application needed to evolve from a simpler organisational model to support users connected with multiple dealer codes and locations.
U-centrix redesigned the underlying database structure, migrated existing data, updated business logic and validation, adapted the user interface and extended the required APIs.
The result was a more flexible solution supporting A1's evolving sales and organisational structure.

Connecting enterprise systems
Much of our work for A1 involves making different systems work together reliably.
For the Agent Location Service, U-centrix improved identity integration with Active Directory and Keycloak, helping ensure consistent user mappings across the environment.
For A1's webhosting business, we developed integrations connecting WHMCS, A1's payment gateway, Slovenian fiscal-verification services, SAP and document-management systems.
The solution handles payment and fiscal-verification data automatically, detects failed operations and retries them through background processes before forwarding successfully processed information to downstream systems.
